Reactive Arthritis

I believe this patient firstly has a reactive arthritis.
The positive clinical findings that have led me to this diagnosis are that he has a left-sided painful knee which has a positive for crepitus but a good range of
He also reports significant stiffness particularly in the mornings.
There is no effusion in the knee, and it is not hot or swollen at the moment.
